1. How market oriented is e-Bay? How does their market orientation assist them in delivering superior customer value? What role does their business model, culture (business philosophy), electronic community, and marketing strategies play in getting, keeping, and growing customers?
2. Cite an example of a high-tech company and a service firm that practices market-driving behavior. How can a solar power company or an online matchmaking service utilize the market-driving philosophy?
