3 page APA paper, not including title and reference page on mindfulness in your company OR an organization you have previously worked at. Using first or third person writing:

1. Discuss how mindfulness, intentionally or unintentionally is part of the organization

2. Discuss how mindfulness helps your organization

3. Suggest anything you think might be helpful to promote more mindfulness at this organization.

Use at least three scholarly references. Again, you can write in first or third person. The main thing I will be looking for are your observations and experiences.
