- How do the results from your SWOT analysis in (S)strengths validate the need for social justice and DEI? What strengths will allow you to facilitate conversations in DEI and social justice?
- What areas of (W)weakness influence or hinder the implementation of DEI and social justice? What are some ways to navigate these areas, and who can help you?
- What (O)opportunities already exist to support school leaders in implementing DEI and social justice to ensure we do not want to add something extra to the plate of school leaders? Share specific resources that are research-based.
- What happens if educators do not act upon the (T)threats? How will the threats impact school leaders implementing DEI and social justice strategies and theories? How would a failure to implement DEI and social justice constructs derail these strategies, and what could you do as a leader to offer support?
